Performance

The air compressor of this unit use our domeastic leading Atlas compressor, low speed centrifugalfans cooling, with great amouts of winds and low noise.the full-automatic computer controller ensure that the running of the compressor keeps the best status, the cooling system adopts efficient fully-closed air cooling motor, the protection grade is IP54, insulation grade F, it can keeps working for a long-term period with no fault. Refrigration compressor air drying machine uses parts made by Parker Hannifin, nice structure, reliable performance, it also uses new-type evironmental refrigerant, which features highly efficient cooling. The absorbing type air drying machine is a kind of heatless regenerative drying machine, researched by Yuneng itself,  low air consumption, less preswsure loss, long use span of dehydrator, and stable out let pressure and dew point.

This unit adopts programmable PLC control system, and the text displayer monitors the running status.with reliable performance, stabilty and great ability of interruption-resistant. It combines the advantages of domestic cooling drier and absorbing drier, and scientifically integrates the three purification workmanship of refrigerationn and absorbing and filtration, connected by reasonable pipes, so as to get the best running status and high quality and low dew point air, it features  the  integration of compact design struction, long use span of the  drier, low air consumption ability of regeneration, efficiency, and Environmental Protection and Energy Conservation, and reliability

Features

1 Air compressor can work continuously and reiablely without worker’s supervisation, diagnose fault and send alarming. It can restart automatically after powered off.

2 Hotless regenerative air drier make use of the principle of pressure swing adsorption, let the desiccative absorb under the pressure of the pipe net, then switch to the atmospheric pressure for desorption, and bring back of 14% dried air from the outlet of the air drier so as to furtherly purify the desiccative.

3 Means of oontrol

   It adopts advanced and reliable Microprogrammed Control Unit, it characterises automatic timing, automatic switch of work. It works stablely and reliably, not affected by electrical grid, voltage, and electrical field.

This unit has a series of immediate display instrument such as power voltage, outlet air pressure, outlet air dew point, outlet air temperature, and absorption tour pressure, so it is very convenient for management.
